Viewing all the Documents Configured in the System

  • You have appropriate user authorizations to view documents in Desigo CC.
  1. In System Browser, select Application View.
  1. Select Applications > Documents > […].
  • The relevant document objects configured in the system display under the selected folder. They may be further organized into subfolders.
  1. To view one of the documents, select it in System Browser.
  • The content of the document displays. Regardless of the document type, you can search for text in a PDF or in a help web page by pressing CTRL+F or from the menu. If a PDF file displays, you can also use the incorporated controls to zoom in, zoom out, print, or download the document.
